As we continue to grow and take on more track-prepped and race-focused projects, we're looking for an Automotive Technician with proven experience in advanced aftermarket parts installation.This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about pushing vehicles to their full potential on and off the track.Responsibilities:Perform intermediate/advanced suspension setup and alignment for street and track applications.Assist with engineering and performance upgrades, including brakes, aero, suspension, and drivetrain tuning.Perform precise installations of aftermarket performance parts with a focus on quality and function.Collaborate with other technicians and team members to support high-performance builds and services.Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and quality control for high-level vehicles.Maintain clean, organized workspaces and uphold shop standards for cleanliness and presentation.Stay up to date on motorsport trends, engineering techniques, and new product developments.Requirements:3+ years of hands-on experience in motorsport, exotic, or high-performance automotive environments.Deep understanding of chassis dynamics, racing alignment specs, exhaust and suspension engineering, wheel and tire mounting and balancing, etc.Experience with professional alignment and corner balancing equipment (ex.
