Candidates with strong financial-services domain experience are encouraged to apply and join our network.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications supporting critical financial systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.Build backend services supporting banking and financial-services applications.Participate in the complete SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.Develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable Java applications.Integrate backend services with internal and external systems using APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party integrations.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other development teams.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following enterprise development standards.Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.Develop unit and integration tests and support automated testing practices.Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.Ensure applications meet requirements for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance.Contribute to modernization initiatives, including migration toward microservices and cloud-native architectures.Required Technical SkillsJava / Backend Development7+ years of hands-on Java development experienceStrong experience with Java 8+, Java 11+, or Java 17+Strong hands-on expertise with Spring BootStrong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring SecurityStrong experience developing RESTful APIsStrong experience with Microservices ArchitectureStrong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering principlesExperience with multithreading, concurrency, exception handling, and performance optimizationStrong understanding of backend application architectureStrong experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL ServerStrong SQL skillsExperience with enterprise messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, or similarExperience integrating backend applications with internal and external systemsExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferredExperience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plusExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOpsStrong experience with Git and modern source-control practicesFinancial Services Domain ExperienceCandidates should have hands-on technology experience in one or more of the following areas:BankingPaymentsCapital MarketsLendingFinancial ServicesFinTechFinancial Technology PlatformsExperience building or supporting backend applications for financial transactions, payment processing, banking platforms, lending systems, trading platforms, or other financial applications is highly valued.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in Java Developers who combine:Strong Backend Java + Spring Boot + Microservices experienceANDHands-on Banking / Payments / Capital Markets / Lending / Financial Services experienceIf you have this combination of technical and domain expertise, we would like to connect with you.
