Our state-of-the-art mobile clinics bring full-service skin care—including screenings, biopsies, and Mohs surgery—directly to communities and workplaces.Our mission: deliver an exceptional patient experience and make life-saving dermatology care accessible to everyone.Your Role: Clinical Leader + OperatorYou will serve as the point person for your clinic, responsible for both patient care and day-to-day operations.This role requires regular travel throughout the Venice to Tampa region.What You'll DoClinical Responsibilities- Assist providers during exams, procedures, excisions, and Mohs surgeriesPrepare patients and support documentation (scribe as needed)Ensure high-quality, efficient patient flow throughout the dayLeadership & Team ManagementAct as the on-site leader for your clinic teamSupport, train, and coach Medical AssistantsHelp manage call-outs and ensure proper clinic coverageSet the tone for a positive, high-performing team environmentClinic OperationsOversee inventory, supplies, and restockingEnsure the clinic is organized, clean, and fully prepared each dayMaintain operational efficiency and troubleshoot issues in real timeCoordinate with leadership to ensure clinic readiness and performanceWhat Makes You a Great FitYou naturally take ownership and lead without being askedYou're highly organized and operationally mindedYou're comfortable making decisions and solving problems on the flyYou thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentYou're adaptable and enjoy working in a mobile settingQualificationsActive LPN license requiredPrevious experience in medical assisting, dermatology, or surgical settings preferredLeadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredComfortable traveling regularly between Venice and TampaStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience with EMR systems (EMA a plus, but we'll train)ScheduleFull-timeTravel required (mobile clinic routes throughout the region)Compensation & GrowthCompetitive pay based on experience ($28–30/hour)Leadership role with high visibility and impactHands-on experience in dermatology and surgical procedures
