Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist Company: Home Health of Northwest Location: Bend, OR, 97707 Start date: October 14th, 2024 Pay Rate: $90,000-95,000 Salary (+mileage reimbursement) Job Summary: Home Health of Northwest is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our team of experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals in beautiful Central Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping people utilizing evidence-based medicine and will be able to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in the home setting. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide physical therapy interventions using a variety of evidence-based techniques. Educate patients and families on safe and effective self-management strategies. Document patient progress and collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals. Annual compliance trainings from home. Caseload: **28 patient visits per week** ~ 35 hours per week Weekly virtual case conference Qualifications: Licensed physical therapist in the state of Oregon Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team One year of experience in any physical therapy setting preferred New grads welcome to apply Why Choose Home Health of Northwest?
