They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store. The role of a Starbucks Barista can provide you withtheskillsand experiences of: Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’Food quality and freshness managementState and federal food safetyandOSHA guidelinesAs a Starbucks Barista, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day willmost likely includethe followingresponsibilities: Deliver an exceptional guest experiencebyproviding a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.Uphold andmaintainthe execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.Executefood and beverageprocesses includingfood deliveries, replenishment,instocksroutines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning,signing,andorganizing,and storing reserve product.Always be aware of current & future promotions within Starbucks.Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistentexperience for guests whilecompletingtasks efficientlyandmaintainingfood safety.Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Maintain aninviting dining area for gueststhroughout shift.Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.Produce hand crafted beverages and foodto specifications on recipe cards.Follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive fooditems, asoutlinedinbest practice.Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space as outlined in best practices.Locate andidentifydamaged,recalledor expired items and process according to best practice.Ensureaccuratein-stocksby placing store-initiated orders according to best practices.Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensurean accuraterecording of inventory.Execute sampling best practices.Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in thetotalstore, and specific to your area, to solve issues for theguestand improve their experience.Complete all requiredtraining requirements and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance.Work in a safe manner at all times;
