Auto Technician B-Level

Turbo Tim's is hiring skilled, reliable B-Level Technicians who can handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. You're confident with brakes, suspension, HVAC, engine performance, and drivability-but still learning when it comes to the most complex diagnostics. If you're hungry to grow, we'll help you get there. Responsibilities:Perform maintenance services and standard repairs (brakes, suspension, cooling, etc.) Diagnose and repair common mechanical and drivability issues Use digital inspection tools to document findings with photos and notes Assist Service Advisors with estimates and repair recommendations Document inspections and repairs through via our Digital Vehicle Inspection process Work closely with teammates and step in to support where needed Keep safety and customer experience at the center of your work Stay on top of training and certifications Requirements/Qualifications:2-5 years of progressive hands-on automotive repair experience - Production shop Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability Own tools and toolbox Valid driver's license Willingness to learn from senior techs and attend training Able to lift 50 lbs and operate all shop equipment Model the Turbo Tim's Values Preferred:ASE certifications Formal automotive training or degree Experience with digital inspection and shop management systems Compensation:Pay: $50,000 - $90,000 3% contribution to 401(k) after 12 months Health insurance - company pays 50% of individual premium Dental insurance options Vision insurance options Paid ASE testing Paid time off Work clothes reimbursment Free Turbo Tim's merch Friday staff lunches Free Lacroix Department Auto Repair Team Role General Service Technician Locations Minneapolis Northeast, Mounds View, Saint Paul Midway, West Saint Paul
