Material Handler

Material Handler (Shipping Dock Focus)We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our shipping team. While the title reflects general material handling duties, this role is primarily focused on loading trucks and supporting outbound shipments. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position critical to ensuring products are shipped accurately, safely, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Load and secure finished products onto box trucks and trailers for outbound shipments Verify order accuracy, including quantities and product specifications, prior to shipment Stage completed orders to support efficient loading and shipping flow Assist with general material movement to maintain smooth dock operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on the shipping dock Follow instructions and adhere to all safety and operational procedures Qualifications & Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not requiredwe are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Schedule & Compensation Pay: $15.00 per hour Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM Additional hours: Partial overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed based on shipping volume Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
