Our office is located in Santa Monica and our work is throughout LA and OC.Must have a resume, references, experience, and a great attitude.Must have 5-years experience estimating in the multifamily sector.Must have strong experience reading and interpreting plans.Must be able to estimate in 16-Division format.Must have experience creating Schedule of Values itemized.Must have experience creating project schedules.Must have experience estimating small projects from $10k - $150k, and experience estimating large renovations up to $10M.Must have reliable transportation to perform job walks and meet with subcontractors.Must have experience drafting subcontracts.Must have experience vetting subcontractors bids apples to apples.Must be very articulate and have great communication skills, spoken and in writing.Must be very organized with great executive function skills.Must be Humble, Hungry, Helpful, and Happy.Must be a great team-player and willing to put others before you.Must be able to take ownership of your role and own everything you do.
