Human Resources Manager
My client is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employee development initiatives while also serving as a Department Administrator supporting operational planning and coordination. This role partners closely with leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, project execution, and organizational growth, and represents the company with professionalism internally and externally.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesDevelop and implement salary structures, pay brackets, and compensation programs.Manage and enhance employee benefits; partner with external providers.Lead recruitment initiatives including workforce planning, interviewing, onboarding, and process improvements.Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with labor laws.Design and support learning, development, and career path initiatives.Prepare HR metrics, KPIs, and workforce reports.Support payroll processes, time reporting, and PTO/leave approvals.Department Administration & OperationsServe as planning, scheduling, and coordination lead supporting the Department Manager and field teams.Provide 3–6 week forecasts for staffing, labor utilization, and equipment needs.Coordinate field schedules, subcontractor support, and cross‑department communication.Track project schedules, budgets, milestones, and reporting.Coordinate equipment procurement, assignment, and accountability.Interface with clients, inspectors, quality, safety, finance, and purchasing teams.Ensure quality control, safety standards, and contract requirements are communicated and met.Finance, Purchasing & Payroll SupportPrepare and coordinate purchase orders with purchasing; ensure correct coding and negotiated rates.Review accounts payable invoices for accuracy and proper PO reference.Prepare client invoices with correct documentation and submit for approval.Submit and track expense reports and credit card receipts.Support monthly reporting, budget vs. actuals, and capital expenditure planning.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.Experience in compensation & benefits, recruiting, and HR operations.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and operational coordination.
