Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Ingredient Processor:Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat roomTrain staff on proper workflow and sanitation proceduresEnter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory daily to ensure product is in stock and accurately countedMix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into the grinderUnload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forkliftClean the equipment at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standardsWork with a team to ensure the product is safely processed in a timely manner What You Need to Bring to the Ingredient Processor Role:Forklift experience preferred but not required, training providedBasic math and computer skillsWillingness to work with a teamAbility to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
