With dedication to customer service and up-to-date training in security and guest management practices, our Concierge & Security Services allow you to run your facility with confidence.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Account Manager to oversee daily security operations and personnel at our assigned shift/site. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for leading, training, and mentoring security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our facility, and implementing security policies and procedures. Outstanding professional growth opportunity.Responsibilities:· Oversee daily security guard and Concierge operations and personnel on an assigned shift/site· Effectively lead, train, and mentor new and current security/concierge personnel· Conduct shift briefings on operations and events.· Execute and supervise special events on site and at remote locations.· Conduct audits/inventory of all security equipment.· Serve as extra support to badging program.· Prepare detailed reports on incidents and personnel issues.· Assist in the development of security policies, procedures, and post orders.· Attend security meetings.· Complete administrative duties as required.· Proof timesheets and payroll summaries prior to submissions for accurate payroll processing· Manage the hiring process for security guards and concierge personnel.· Candidates must also be able to pass ALL pre-employment screenings successfully.
