Senior AI Product DeveloperWe are looking for a Senior AI Product Developer with the experience and judgment to help build, productize, and scale AI-powered software products.Required Experience and SkillsStrong experience with LangGraphExperience building multi-agent workflow systemsAbility to provide a prior specification or architecture document for a multi-agent workflow system they have builtStrong Python development skills5+ years of software development experienceExperience creating and shipping multiple real products that are available to usersStrong understanding of productization, not just prototype developmentDeep understanding of AI models, including: Which models to use for different situations, When to use specific models, When not to use AI or specific modelsStrong systems architecture experienceUnderstanding of security best practicesStrong working knowledge of Git/GitHubSome UI design capabilityExperience serving as a project lead for one or two other developers, including assigning work, reviewing progress, giving technical direction, and helping keep projects moving
