Leads Coordinator

We're Hiring | Leads Coordinator (Remote) (India, Philippines, LATAM) Are you passionate about marketing, sales, and lead generation? Do you enjoy creating campaigns, optimizing automations, and turning qualified leads into real business opportunities? If so, we'd love to meet you! What you'll do: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Create and optimize automated email sequences using segmentation and A/B testing Manage lead generation campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and virtual events Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and SMS Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using HubSpot and Apollo Analyze campaign performance and optimize results based on data Report key performance metrics and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams We're looking for someone with: Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Apollo Experience with email automation, lead nurturing, and CRM management Excellent written communication and outreach skills A data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What we offer: Full-time position 100% Remote Competitive salary based on experience Direct collaboration with firm leadership The opportunity to make a measurable impact in a growing national CPA and business advisory firm If you're ready to help build a high-performing sales pipeline and drive meaningful business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
