Program Manager, Internal Audit (Construction & Operations)The Internal Audit team helps protect the organization by identifying critical risks, driving corrective actions, and improving operational performance. Working closely with business and functional teams, the group evaluates risks, strengthens processes and controls, standardizes practices, and promotes cost savings and operational excellence.This high-visibility Program Manager role focuses on construction, compliance, and operational audits across manufacturing and construction environments. The position is responsible for planning and executing risk-based audits, assessing project controls and compliance, reviewing construction costs and contractor billings, identifying process improvement opportunities, and presenting recommendations to leadership. Success in this role requires strong audit, construction, financial, and operational expertise, along with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field7+ years of experience in construction management, procurement/contracts, internal audit, finance, accounting, or process consultingStrong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, estimating, cost management, procurement, contracting, and industry best practicesExperience evaluating risks, controls, compliance, and operational effectivenessAdvanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsHighly analytical, curious, and collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through process improvements and standardization.
