Directs personnel and coordinates activities within the nursing clinic, supporting the delivery of safe, patient-centered services. Assists in the management and integration of departmental resources across locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Identifies, implements, and drives process improvement initiatives in alignment with performance dashboard targets. Monitors results from employee, clinician, and patient satisfaction surveys, communicating outcomes and executing action plans as needed. Consistently enforces and evaluates policies, workflows, competencies, and training programs to maintain operational excellence.Provides direct patient care in accordance with licensure and scope of practice.
