Consulting is seeking an experienced marketing manager to join the US Go-to-Market (GTM) team, focused on the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This newly created role will partner closely with TMT leadership to define and activate GTM strategies that support the firm’s growth priorities.The TMT GTM Manager will own the development and execution of TMT GTM strategies, translating firm and sector growth objectives into actionable plans, campaigns, and tools. The TMT GTM Manager will develop strategies and tactics to drive engagement, relationship development and revenue generation opportunities with Private Equity buyers, TMT’s largest buyer segment.This role sits within L.E.K.’s US Growth function and reports to the US GTM Leader. The TMT GTM Manager serves as a key connector between leadership, sales enablement, and cross-functional marketing teams to ensure cohesive, client-centric GTM execution. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, and sector leadership, as well as fluency in digital marketing activation and data-driven decision making.Key Responsibilities Of The TMT GTM ManagerGo-to-MarketLead US GTM planning, strategy and execution for TMT, aligned to firm and sector growth priorities Lead end-to-end campaign management (planning, strategy, launch, execution, optimization, and measurement) Partner with cross-functional teams to build and activate integrated GTM campaigns Create compelling value propositions, messaging, and tools that enable partners to engage clients and prospects effectively during campaign activation Collaborate with Content Marketing, Digital Marketing and Business Development to strategize and launch tactics that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across the marketing funnel Leverage voice-of-customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to refine GTM strategies and tactics Translate campaign needs into clear requirements for Business Development to ensure strong down-funnel pull-through Drive internal adoption of GTM plans through playbooks, communications, and training Monitor GTM performance, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed; regularly update leadership Go-to-Market Team Strategy and Performance ExpectationsSummaryThe TMT GTM Manager will partner with the US GTM Leader and cross-functional marketing teams to build and activate impactful marketing campaigns, and share insights, best practices, and learnings across the Growth organization. In summary, the TMT GTM Manager will:Own mid- to low-funnel GTM strategies and execution for the TMT sector Advise partners and practice leaders on growth and GTM strategy Lead marketing initiatives supporting TMT growth priorities Analyze GTM performance, surface insights, and recommend actions to improve outcomes Manage sub-sector GTM budget planning and stewardship, including annual planning Contribute to team capability building, employee engagement, and a culture of collaboration and innovation Qualifications / Job Requirements10+ years of experience in professional services or B2B marketing and/or go-to-market Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering measurable growth impact Deep understanding of sales cycles, buyer behavior, and low-funnel GTM execution Proven ability to design and deliver high-performing GTM programs and campaigns Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results through change Strong project management, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making capabilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Additional InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is based in either our Boston, Chicago or New York office and follows our hybrid work model for U.S. offices. We require employees to be in their assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, as well as the first Friday of each month.
