About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager with strong condominium experience to oversee a growing portfolio of condo associations in the Houston area. This is a newly created role driven by company growth, offering the opportunity to build and scale a portfolio while increasing earning potential.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing condominiums and is well-versed in Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA). This individual will work closely with leadership and transition into a more autonomous, hybrid role as they demonstrate success.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of condominium associations, overseeing daily operations and property performanceServe as the primary liaison to Boards of Directors and homeowners; attend meetings and provide guidancePrepare and manage budgets, review financials, and deliver monthly reportsOversee vendors and contractors, including bidding, contracting, and performance managementConduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projectsEnforce governing documents and ensure consistent community standardsEnsure compliance with Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA) and manage risk, insurance, and documentationRequirements3+ years of condominium/HOA management experience (required)Strong working knowledge of Texas Property Code Chapter 82 (TUCA) (required)Proven ability to manage multiple properties and build a portfolioStrong financial acumen (budgeting, reporting, variance analysis)Excellent communication and relationship management skillsExperience working with Boards of DirectorsStable work history with demonstrated growth in the industryProficiency in property management software and Microsoft OfficeBenefitsBase Salary: $60,000 - $80,000, DOEPerformance-Based Growth: Compensation scales with portfolioEarn 40% of management fees tied to your portfolioPotential to reach ~$100K+ at full portfolio (~10 properties)Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO
