Caregiver - Full Time (6am-2pm)

Vitality Senior Living - 7927 State Road 52 - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans; Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences; Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid; Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings; Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
