Work requirements include quality leadership, conducting weighing procedures in accordance with manufacturers recommended practices and procedures, upon A/C arrival, obtaining associated documentation, completing A/C records and documenting receipt, coordinating inspection activities in compliance with computer tracking maintenance programs (i.e. CAMPS, AVTRAC), performing inspections of aircraft, engines, parts and components using precision tools, equipment and other materials in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, upon receipt, performing inspection of all new, repaired and rebuilt parts/components for evidence for physical damage, count and conformity, ensuring all work packages (orders and forms) as well as records of arrival, maintenance and corrective actions performed, are documented accurately and that all specialized customer (RED, RFE & SRPSA) and regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA) is complete and required approvals have been obtained, researching aircraft drawings and technical data (i.e., REO, ENICO, EO. DCN), performing walk around inspection of aircraft for release from maintenance, performing return to service process and ensuring assigned aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements prior to return to service, providing data to customers as requested.Requirements: Must have an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification, must have a minimum three years' aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experience, must have a minimum of two years' of corporate/commercial jet experience, own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools, have the ability to use a variety of measuring and basic hand tools to interpret/operate test equipment, have the ability to interpret/process all relative (foreign & domestic) regulatory documents, actions and requirements, have working knowledge of (FAA Regs, CAA. RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, TCDS, etc.), have working knowledge of return-to-service procedures, have the ability to train, coach and mentor employees in performance of their duties in areas of qualification.Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
