Key Responsibilities: - Perform bone marrow transplants and manage pre-and post-transplant care for patients. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists, including hematologists, oncologists, and nurses, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Participate in clinical trials and contribute to ongoing research to advance the field of bone marrow transplantation. - Educate and mentor medical staff, fellows, and residents in transplant procedures and patient care. - Engage in community outreach and education to raise awareness about bone marrow donation and transplantation. Qualifications: - Medical degree from an accredited institution. - Board certification in Hematology/Oncology or related field. - HemOnc certificate or MedOnc certificate - Demonstrated experience in performing bone marrow transplants.
