We are a true partner who nurtures, invests in and collaborates with our clients to ensure their big ideas are executed and brought to market.Position Available: Distribution Customer Service Representative IJob Summary:The Distribution Center Customer Service Representative I is responsible for managing office operations, procedures, and resources to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the distribution center.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Daily Responsibilities:Follows SOPs for office rolesRecord keeping Provides daily update on fire drill roll callFunctions as the backup Customer Service Representative for both inbound and outboundPoint of contact for scheduling of shipments, this includes:Updating in-house trackerCoordinating with the Leads on scheduling of shipmentsWorking with HQ’s Sourcing CSR on expedited ordersShips of sample productsHandle customer inquiries and complaintsCoordinate drop off or pick up for sample orders by UPS, FEDEX, etc.Suggests procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiencyMaintain supply list and order product as necessaryHelps with all employee engagement activities for the warehouseParticipates in the Product Quality Assurance ProgramMaintains a clean and organized working environment for all employees in the office and office kitchenRearranges lobby display case to coordinate with specific customer visitorsInbound Responsibilities:Enters variances on containers into database (NetSuite)Notates variances or issues with container on trackerOutbound Responsibilities:Reviews inventory reports in database (NetSuite)Ships orders, including:Distribute pending orders to Shipping LeadManage transfer orders between distribution centersOther duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications:High school diploma (preferred).1-2 years of administrative experience.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Adaptability in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Effective time management.Familiarity with clerical responsibilities, basic accounting, human resources practices, data entry, and administrative management procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.Work Environment: Warehouse Environment – working with and around a variety of equipment, parts, and inventoryPhysical Demands:Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse settingMust be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform workMust possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.EEO:ArchPoint is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
