React-Focused Full Stack Engineer Remote- Must work CST or EST hours 6- month contract Pay Rate: $70.00 - $80.00per hr. Join the Wealth Engineering team, a small, collaborative group focused on modernizing and building wealth management technology. The team emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and the adoption of GenAI and productivity tools like GitHub Copilot. Our client is seeking a senior full stack engineer with a 50/50 split between React and .NET. You will contribute to building and enhancing a portal-based application that consolidates multiple outgrowth apps into a single user experience. Responsibilities Develop React front-end and .NET backend APIs (BFF / macroservices) Modify existing APIs or create new APIs to support portal functionality Build the BFF layer and UI layer for new features Collaborate on micro front-end initiatives for portal modernization Work closely with architects and senior engineers to deliver robust solutions Contribute to team efficiency using GitHub Copilot and modern development practices Communicate and collaborate effectively in a small, highly interactive team Required Skills: 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience Proficient in React and .NET full stack development Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases Working knowledge of AWS cloud services Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or willingness to adopt it Strong collaboration and team fit skills Patience and adaptability to work within banking regulatory processes Bonus Skills: Experience with portal or micro front-end architectures Exposure to financial services / wealth management Interest in GenAI and modern development tooling
