Agricultural Sales Representative

Dynamic Agronomics an independent ag retailer is seeking a Sales Representative to sell seed, chemical and fertilizers, make fertilizer and herbicide recommendations, and work with product placement. Will also assist with Soil Sampling with our newest technology addition Radicle Agronomics and crop production planning. Additional duties include seed/fertilizer deliveries and seed treatment. Summary As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Utilizing core skills in negotiation, customer service, and sales, you will excel in identifying client needs and closing deals. Your premium skills in outside sales, business development, and account management will enable you to expand our client base and increase revenue. With relevant skills in retail sales, cold calling, and sales management, you will effectively analyze market trends, conduct product demos, and upsell to clients.
