Position Description Summary/Purpose:
This position provides routine maintenance services to the Goodwin University campus.
Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:

Advanced painting, carpentry and plumbing skills
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC systems and complete repairs
Performs advanced preventive building maintenance tasks
Moving (furniture, boxes and files).
Flexible work hours
Ensures all safety procedures are practiced.
Other Functions
Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation permits
Will be required to be on call week in rotation
Continues professional development and training; keeps current with trends
Assists other department staff as needed to promote a team effort.
