Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Regional Asset Protection Manager to oversee and ensure the security of our retail operations in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time on-site role requiring the successful candidate to manage and implement strategies for loss prevention, investigate organized retail crime and fraud, and safeguard the physical security of our stores. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing inventory control measures, performing detailed investigations, collaborating with store teams to mitigate shrink, and developing proactive measures to enhance safety and security throughout the assigned region. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Retail Loss Prevention and Inventory Control strategies.Demonstrated expertise in Physical Security and Organized Retail Crime (ORC) prevention.Proficiency in conducting Fraud Investigations and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.At least 3 years of experience in asset protection or a related field, preferably in the retail sector.Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
