You will be responsible for the overall design of third-party risk management systems for enterprise clients, which involves working with clients to discern detailed actionable requirements, assisting in the preparation of effort estimates and oversight of project team to ensure Aravo best practice is utilized and the resulting solution is scalable and best in class. Strong communication and in-depth Aravo configuration knowledge are critical for this role, as you will be seen as an “expert” in your field and will operate without constant oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation and delivery of assigned projectsWork as a team member on all aspects of Aravo delivery including but not limited to:Administering a Design Workshop for ClientsTranslate client requirements into detailed Aravo configuration requirementsDerive effort estimate based on bespoke requirementsAdvanced configuration of Aravo solutionAnswer project team design/configuration questionsAdvanced Problem Solving and TroubleshootingDocumentation of design and configuration best practicesWork with Client configuration teams in advisory capacity to provide best practice, educate and troubleshoot configuration issuesProvide feedback / suggestions on internal processes to help set best practice for future services configuration buildsProvide updates to project leads on the status of deliverables vs. scheduleIdentify out-of-scope functionality and raise scope creep concerns to the project managerAbility to work independently on a project with limited oversight and no additional resources when requiredDevelop effort estimates for existing client’s future workUse of project templates and tools appropriately and effectivelyWork autonomously to achieve desired outcomes of a projectSkillsExpert understanding of a software delivery life cycle and more than one type of delivery methodologyExpert understanding of delivery challenges that are specific to a SAAS delivery environmentProven ability to collaborate with resources internal and external to your department to accomplish tasksExcellent communication and customer-facing presentation skillsAptitude for providing support in constructing relationships within customer base to provide opportunities for expansion and growthExpert problem-solving skillsTeam player that is motivated and takes the initiative to deliverMust be organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCapable of working autonomously to desired outcomes of a projectMust be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentQualifications2+ years of Aravo configuration experience highly preferred2+ working with Third Party Risk Management systems highly desirable1+ years of professional experience working directly with external clientsProven ability to effectively translate complex business needs into a software delivery plan and to document and communicate that planAbility to use a computer and communicate via video or written meansAbility to travel as needed (10% or more)Ability to work and be available during normal business hours as well as after hours and weekends on an as needed basisBenefits At Aravo Solutions, Inc., we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
