Key Responsibilities: Facility and Grounds Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and inspection of parks, buildings, ball fields, rec center/pool, Edge Activity Complex, campground, and equipment. Project Management: Coordinate and supervise various maintenance projects and interact with contractors. Event Support: Assist with event setup and supervision, especially during the winter season. Leadership: Lead and support maintenance staff in the absence of the Director. What We're Looking For: Education and Experience: Associates degree in a related field with two years of experience, or four years of related work experience. Knowledge: Familiarity with board policies, safety regulations, proper chemical use and storage, and occupational hazards. Certifications: Valid North Dakota Driver’s License, First Aid/CPR, CPO, Pesticide/Herbicide, and Playground Inspector (all within specified timeframes).
