You will work for our growing client in Columbus, OH in a potential contract-to-hire position. The selected candidate will:· Leverage strong experience in D365 Finance and Operations techno-functional expertise in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management.· Implement, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F & O) to enhance supply chain and warehouse operations for our client.· Perform data migration· Perform platform troubleshooting· Refactor (to improve performance and consistency)· Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of D365 F&O modules, focusing on supply chain and warehouse management.· Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.· Solution Design: Design and develop solutions to improve supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, production, and logistics, as well as warehouse operations.· Customization & Integration: Customize and integrate D365 F&O with other systems to ensure seamless operations across supply chain and warehouse functions.· Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.· Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize supply chain and warehouse efficiency.Required Skills and Experience:· Strong techno-functional experience in D365 Finance and Operations with expertise in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management.· Well-rounded experience in D365 with a background in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management in particular· Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with D365 F&O, with a focus on supply chain and warehouse management modules.· Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration, customization, and integration· Proficiency in D365 F&O optimization, data migration, platform troubleshooting, and refactoring· Experience in solution design, requirements analysis, project management, and training and support for D365 implementations.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.· Ability to travel on occasion to other company locationsPreferred Skills and Experience:· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate)· Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other related toolsUS Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
