Role Description We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Central Islip, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end components of our platform. This includes designing responsive user interfaces, building scalable server-side solutions, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end software development processes. Qualifications Expertise in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack DevelopmentExperience in Front-End Development and proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)Strong skills in Software Development methodologies and practicesKnowledge of best practices in scalable system architectureFamiliarity with coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or others relevant to full-stack developmentExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldUnderstanding of agile development approaches is a plus
