This is an on-site position that comes with flexibility with the schedule, whether fulltime or PRN, and you can choose the hours that fits your own needs. We can offer weekday and weekend hours. Whether you are a new graduate CF, or experienced therapist, you will get to work closely with an experienced therapy team in a fun and supporting environment! Job Description: The Speech Therapist develops, organizes, conducts and/or oversees an individualized, medically prescribed speech therapy plan of care to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury. The speech therapist provides preventative instruction and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged dysfunction with an emphasis on expressive and receptive language, cognition, and dysphasia to maximize safe and functional independence. The speech therapist functions as a member of the rehabilitation team; participates in in-service training; quality improvement initiatives; documentation; billing; ordering equipment and supplies; supervising/training staff; and other requested duties.
