Full Stack Developer
Core Responsibilities
Analyze business needs and develop IT solutions with a high degree of independence
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and improve processes
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Design, develop, implement, and maintain custom software applications
Utilize enterprise-approved development tools aligned with business strategies
Conduct system analysis using data acquisition and modeling techniques
Identify, document, and implement business and technical requirements
Support ongoing business operations and process improvements
Development & Delivery
Build and maintain end-to-end custom-code solutions
Design technical architecture including data models, workflows, and system integrations
Work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Modernize legacy systems into current technologies
Develop scalable and microservices-based applications
Work in development, testing, and production environments
Testing & Release Management
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Develop and execute test cases, scenarios, and validation criteria
Coordinate software releases to testing and production environments
Ensure approvals and smooth deployment processes
Validate, track, and document testing outcomes
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Lead and support project teams and initiatives
Analysis & Process Improvement
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness
Identify improvement opportunities using performance metrics
Recommend and implement process and workflow enhancements
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex issues
Present insights, recommendations, and alternatives to stakeholders
Documentation & Governance
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation across SDLC phases
Create and manage knowledge base articles
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies
Participate in required training, assessments, and certifications
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in software development best practices
Experience with: C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft
Cloud experience: Azure (required)
Strong database, reporting, and analytical capabilities
Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay: $76.00 - $82.00 per hour
