These highly visible roles blend finance, analysis, and project cost management while partnering closely with operational and financial leaders.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage project spending and actual costsTrack costs against approved budgets and analyze variancesPrepare cost reports, forecasts, and spending analysesPartner with project managers, finance, operations, and other stakeholdersReview project-related expenses and supporting documentationIdentify potential cost overruns and unusual spending trendsMaintain accurate cost documentation and internal reportingHelp improve cost-control processes and reportingRequirementsExperience in cost control, cost management, project accounting, construction accounting, or a related finance positionConstruction or project-based industry experience strongly preferredUnderstanding of budgets, forecasts, actual costs, and variance analysisStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a changing, fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel regularly to project sites within TexasThis is an excellent opportunity to take on a meaningful role within a well-established organization.
