Role: Platform Engineer/ArchitectLocation: Austin, TC-OnsiteDuration: FulltimeJob Description:Provide L1 (Monitoring), L1.5 (Basic Dev and Incident Management), L2 (Complex Incident Management), L3 (Complex Dev) supportNew GCP service and/or pattern enablement and support through infrastructure-as-code standards (Terraform) CI/CD using cloud buildSupport onboarding of new GCP tenants and users for approved use casesGCP services lifecycle management, including coordination with centralized cloud services and various cloud data warehouse (CDW) and Dataiku tenant teamsDeveloping and contributing to shared IaC modules for data analytics use cases and platform optimization initiativesWeekly IaC production GCP platform deployments, including but not limited to IAM, buckets, datasets, policies, networking, and application layer changesDevelopment and refinement of dashboards for monitoring capacity planning, and platform resiliencyExecute seven (7)-day annual stream CDW disaster recovery and regular password rotation exercisesAssist with audit requestsImplement automation and efficiency initiatives for platform stability and resiliency to meet the target for the platform health metricsMaintain documentation and knowledge base of issues, governance and best practices
