Preferred QualificationsHigh school graduateTwo (2) years vocational schoolOne (1) year previous paint experienceIV. Minimum Physical QualificationsMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to load/unload parts with a hoistMust be able to move parts using pallet lifterV. Minimum QualificationsOne (1) year experience in heat treat area or high school graduate andsix (6) months experience in heat treatFamiliar with safety rules and proceduresDepartment proceduresSetup and operation of equipmentMust be able to read and write in EnglishOperators are certified by a 60-day training period with a certified operatorVI.
