The Real Estate Closer will oversee and manage the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all contractual agreements, escrow accounts, and title insurance requirements are finalized accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.QualificationsProficiency in managing contractual agreements and navigating contractual complianceExperience in conducting real estate closings and handling escrow accountsStrong knowledge of contract management and associated processesExpertise in title insurance procedures and requirementsDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with real estate and title industry regulations is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in real estate or legal studies are advantageous
