Senior Property Accountant

Job Description Job OverviewA well-established Property Management Company is seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant to join its team. Great work/life balance!ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices, manage tenant billing, and collect rent.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts for multiple properties.Review lease agreements, track rent escalations, and manage security deposits.General ledger entries include assisting with check issuance and 1099 processingMaking owner drawsEntering employee payroll and calculating payroll amountsPerforming annual CAM reconciliations and addressing any other needs as assigned by the manager.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredExperience within the Property Management sector is a mustExperience using Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager, or similar software is a plusStrong Microsoft Excel skillsCompany Description Synergy Search Group and Staffing Services are committed to excellence in quality recruiting and reliable service to our candidates and the clients we serve.
