Home Health AideJoin East End Home Care as a dedicated Home Health Aide providing compassionate support to clients in Southold, NY. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in their own homes. This position offers $25.00 per hour, paid weekly, with immediate cases available.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Support clients with mobility and transfers safely and respectfully.Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisory staff.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients throughout the day.Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with the care team.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role preferred.Must have a home health aide certificate and have been registered with a home health agency within the last 2 years to qualify.Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.Must pass background checks and any required health screenings.BenefitsCompetitive pay of $25.00 per hour, paid weekly.Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.Supportive team environment and ongoing training.About the CompanyEast End Home Care is a trusted provider of in-home care services in the Southold, NY area.
