Early Childhood Teacher

Company Description Experienced and reputable pediatric therapy agency with over 30+ years of dedication and experience working with preschool -12 grades. We specialize in the birth-3 population. TGTS LLC provides parent focused coaching in a homebased environment. As a pediatric therapy agency, we provide support, guidance, training, and education for the entirety of your relationship with our agency. We offer part time and full time hours. You have the flexibility to make your own schedule. Pay is excellent and commensurate based on experience. This is a 1099 contract position. FBI, Child Abuse, and Pa Criminal Record clearances are required. Behavioral experience is a plus. Role Description This is a part-time position for an Early Childhood Teacher at Tracy Geist Therapy Services LLC located in East Stroudsburg, PA. This role allows for some work flexibility while primarily being based in the the client’s home. Qualifications Strong understanding of child development theories and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of childrenProven experience in implementing engaging and educational activities for young childrenAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldCPR and First Aid certificationPrevious experience working with diverse groups of childrenKnowledge of special education practices is a plus
