Top performers are rewarded for results, not hours.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalized training sessions focused on resultsDesign and manage individual training and nutrition programsMaintain weekly communication through calls, texts, and progress check-insPerform outreach calls to members to promote training and program upgradesEducate clients on the connection between nutrition, training, and progressTrack results, adjust programs, and celebrate milestonesCollaborate with sales and management to enroll new clientsSupport body scans, progress assessments, and transformation events Who We're Looking ForCertified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar preferred)Confident communicator-comfortable with outreach and relationship buildingCompetitive, coachable, and results-drivenPassionate about helping clients stay consistent beyond workoutsExperience in sales or client retention is a plusCompensation and GrowthHourly base plus high-commission opportunities on program sales and upgradesPerformance bonuses for retention and transformation successAverage earnings $35,000-$65,000+ annually based on resultsAdvancement paths to Lead Coach or Fitness Director rolesOngoing training in communication, sales, and coaching systemsAbout Workout AnytimeWorkout Anytime Raleigh & Wake Forest are locally owned, performance-driven clubs within the growing 4F Fitness ecosystem.
