Benefits Coordinator

????? The Benefits Coordinator role will be responsible for administering, coordinating, and supporting employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives. In addition, this role will partner with highly skilled professionals across the business and external vendors to ensure efficient processes, accurate benefits administration, and clear employee communication. This candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience. In addition, the person in this role will have the mentality to think like a business owner and take a proactive yet collaborative approach to supporting organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:Assist employees with benefits-related questions, eligibility, and enrollmentProcess new hire enrollments, life event changes, and terminations in benefit systemsMaintain accurate benefits records in HRIS and ensure data integrityCoordinate with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve issuesAssist with benefits billing, audits, and reconciliationSupport annual open enrollment, including communications and setupPrepare and distribute benefit materials, guides, and communicationsMonitor compliance with federal and state regulations (FMLA, ACA, COBRA, etc.)Track employee leave and ensure proper documentationAssist with wellness programs and employee engagement activitiesSkills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to explain benefits information clearlyFamiliarity with benefits administration or HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR documentationAbility to handle confidential information professionallyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsFerretti Search is an award-winning Recruitment Firm specializing in Executive Recruiting and Staffing.
