Retail Sales Associate

We are looking to hire a reliable retail Sales Associate to be responsible for maintaining a small retail outlet. Must be a quick learner, able to work the store alone after proper training, and be confident in decision making abilities. Graphic design experience is preferred. Approximately 8-12 hours per week. Responsibilities Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Process POS (point of sale) purchases Handle returns of merchandise Help build social media following Skills Prior experience as a retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role preferred. Hands-on experience with POS transactions Familiarity with inventory procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Availability to work flexible shifts - certain weekends will be required (football games, homecoming, parent's weekend, etc).
