EM Locum Tenens near Winter Springs, FL ??? 12-Hour Shifts, No Call, 1-2 Year Need We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team on a locum tenens basis. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential emergency care at multiple facilities, including a Level II Trauma Center in Ocala, while helping address ongoing staffing needs. The ideal candidate is a skilled, adaptable professional eager to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population Perform critical procedures including central access, arterial line insertion, lumbar puncture, intubation, pacing, and orthopedic stabilization Collaborate effectively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and other medical staff Work 12-hour shifts (7 AM???7 PM / 7 PM???7 AM), with optional 8-hour shifts Adjust to variable patient volumes and acuity across sites Qualifications: Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, or Family/Internal Medicine with 3+ years of ER experience (for FSEDs) Demonstrated proficiency in emergency procedures Ability to obtain emergency privileges as required Additional Information: Start Date: Immediate Duration: 1???2 years (initial 3-month commitment) Support Staff: Varying APP coverage based on site and shift No call responsibilities Join a respected emergency medicine team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
