Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:Bilingual Spanish required Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
