Job Title: AI EngineerLocation: Columbus, OH 43215Duration: 12+ MonthsHours: 8am- 5pmHybrid schedule (3 days in office & 2 days WFH)Job Description The Sr. Software Engineer is responsible for system analysis, design, development and testing for their assigned technical product(s) or application(s), within the context of an agile/DevOps delivery model. In addition, they will extend their DevOps responsibilities to take on Operations topics and may also fill the Agile delivery roles of Business Analyst and Scrum Master.AI Engineer – AI development, Agentic AI – building agents underlining components – MCP.Traditional AI – building models provided data sets, integrating the models into existing applications.Managing projects – tasks with minimal supportMust Have Experience:AI experience: Agentic AI and traditional AI are required for this role.Enterprise with orchestration tools example n8nStrong programming + AI Solution designAI Framworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Agent CoreML lifecycle + data engineeringAPI and system integrationCloud (AWS / Azure AI stack)
