SIGINT Systems Engineer

DCI Job Requirement for: Systems Engineer/SIGINT SME Location: APG, MD Job Description: Serve as a Systems Engineer and SIGINT SME Provide expertise in ensuring delivery of critical signals intelligence Work with intel and EW analysts to characterize adversary electronic orders of battle To include specific analysis on threat radar systems and blue force systems Conduct analysis, design, and integration of ground based ELINT and EW systems Research and implement processing technologies for RF data processing Collaborate across multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving: Use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs Participate in algorithm design and ML frameworks Ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner Conceive new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problems Identify existing or potential problems and provide advice and guidance Coordinate and support all aspects of EW operations, including: Planning, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and reporting Work with engineers, analysts, and operators to ensure accurate intelligence production Conduct technical analysis of foreign threat systems and develop countermeasures Guide and train team members and vendors on new technologies and methodologies Assist in management of technical resources to achieve operational objectives Qualifications: BS in Electrical Engineering (or related) 5+ years of experience with Signals intelligence and SIGINT systems Expertise in EW systems and operations Ability to represent PL SSW at industry events and conferences Ability to translate Army Capability Manager requirements into actionable goals Experience overseeing all aspects of databases and SW applications for EW operations Experience developing presentations for support activities to summarize results of actions Experience analyzing, designing, and integrating ground based ELINT and EW systems Strong knowledge of ELINT systems and subsystems to develop specifications Understands and can follow development operations procedures Preferred Qualifications: Experience with X-Midas, MATLAB, Python, and other software tools Experience with JEL, JICD4.2, remote ops, and systems integration Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions Experience working with government and military customers Active DoD TS/SCI Job Type: Full-time Salary: $130,000-$160,000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Relocation assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: Systems engineering: 5 years (Preferred) SIGINT: 5 years (Preferred) ELINT systems: 2 years (Preferred) Pulse detectors: 2 years (Preferred) Security clearance: Top Secret (Required) Work Location: In person
