This is a home-based role with frequent travel to our showroom and job sites. The position focuses on selling windows, doors, and architectural millwork to builders, contractors, and remodelers.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and developersSell windows, doors, and millwork products for residential and light commercial projectsManage and grow an assigned sales territory from a home officeTravel regularly to the showroom for customer meetings, product reviews, training and coordinationConduct in-person sales calls, job site visits, and plan reviewsAssist customers with product selection, pricing, and project coordinationCollaborate closely with inside sales and operations teamsQualificationsWindow and millwork sales experience requiredStrong understanding of residential construction practicesOutside sales or builder-focused sales experience preferredExcellent communication, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to work independently from a home officeValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commissionUncapped earning potentialMileage reimbursementHealth insurance, retirement plan, and paid time offOngoing product and sales trainingWork Environment & Physical RequirementsHome-based office environmentFrequent travel within assigned territory and to the showroomJob site visits with typical construction site conditionsWhy Work With Us
