Registered Nurse Supervisor

* Active New York State RN license required. * Master's degree in Nursing with 5+ years of nursing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or teaching role OR * Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 6+ years of nursing experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory or teaching role. * Required supervisory experience in a Behavioral Health setting. * Strong leadership, staff supervision, and clinical mentoring skills. * Experience overseeing behavioral health nursing operations and ensuring quality patient care. * Knowledge of behavioral health regulations, policies, and best practices. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
