Join us at Crowe and embark on a career where you can help shape the future of our industry.Job Description:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field5+ years of experience in a tax compliance or tax technology environment, with a focus on process improvement or vendor system optimizationDemonstrated experience managing or optimizing third-party tax applications (Wolters Kluwer and Thomson Reuters applications)Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable solutionsStrong project management skills, including meeting facilitation, prioritization, and documentationExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage tax professionals, vendors, and leadership audiencesWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe's values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
