Digital Marketing Manager
Position IntelThis is a new growth hire within the marketing organization, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role was created to elevate digital strategy, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making as the organization continues to focus on membership growth and brand awareness.The Digital Marketing Strategist will serve as the primary owner of digital performance, leading analytics, overseeing paid media through the agency of record, and ensuring full utilization of the marketing technology stack. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior leadership.The marketing team consists of approximately five professionals. While the role has no direct reports, it manages external vendors and agencies and functions as the internal digital authority. A newly added Chief Growth Officer reinforces the organization’s strategic focus on scalable, measurable growth.This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with strong strategic influence, ideal for someone comfortable owning digital execution, insights, and optimization end to end.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute digital marketing strategy across website, email, social, and paid media channelsServe as the primary digital performance and analytics partner to the Chief Marketing OfficerOwn digital performance measurement, reporting, and KPI developmentTranslate analytics and campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for leadershipOversee paid media strategy and execution through external agency partnersManage SEO, SEM, and paid/organic media performance with a focus on ROI and efficiencyPartner cross-functionally to improve landing pages, user experience, and conversion funnelsManage digital campaign budgets and evaluate marketing spend effectivenessLeverage and optimize the marketing technology stack to support omnichannel performanceStay current on digital marketing trends, analytics platforms, and optimization best practicesTop Requirements5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with ownership of strategy, performance, and analyticsStrong digital analytics background, including KPI development, dashboards, and executive-level reportingHands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email performance and segmentation insightsExperience using Arkalytics or similar analytics/data warehouse tools to drive optimizationProven experience managing vendors and agencies while overseeing paid media strategyDesirableExperience in financial services, banking, or other regulated industriesHistory of close partnership with senior marketing leadership (CMO/SVP level)Comfort operating in lean teams with both strategic and hands-on responsibilitiesBenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid work model following initial on-site periodDirect exposure to executive leadershipHigh-impact role influencing growth, membership, and brand awarenessThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000.
