(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Position SummaryThe IQA Inspector Jr. is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet required drawings and specifications. This includes mechanical, chemical, printed materials, and potential bio-hazard components. The role supports quality compliance and works closely with engineering and quality teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming commodities and sub-assemblies for compliance with drawings and specificationsPerform inspections on mechanical, chemical, printed, and bio-hazard componentsUse Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for inspection activitiesInterpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) drawingsConduct functional testing as per component drawings or test instructionsWork in compliance with Company safety procedures and cGMP guidelinesCollaborate with engineers on new product development and non-conformance issuesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability of all inspected partsCommunicate quality issues, ideas, and solutions effectively (written & verbal)Follow safety guidelines and use proper safety equipmentParticipate in continuous improvement and quality initiativesEnsure all job-related documentation is accurate and up to dateQualificationsEducation: High School Diploma requiredExperience: 0–2 yearsWork EnvironmentWork is performed under close supervisionRoutine tasks following standardized proceduresInteraction with internal teams and external visitors (e.g., tours)Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
